CareTutor is UK's leading EdTech provider of interactive, video-based eLearning for the Social Care sector. We're on a mission to support the UK's care workforce through smarter, simpler, accredited training. The company has recently launched a new Enterprise grade eLearning platform called Pathway, and we're growing fast with over 1 million CPD-Accredited Certifications.

We're hiring a
Founder's Associate
to join our team and help keep the engine of the business running. If you like to wear multiple hats in the business, work on high-impact projects and have a passion for health, education, or care – this could be the perfect role for you.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys solving complex problems, and wants broad exposure to operations, product, strategy, and data. As a Founder Associate, you'll be a force multiplier— helping drive key initiatives, improve processes, and support data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities


• Support in planning, prioritising, and executing company-wide initiatives


• Conduct research, create presentations, and contribute to strategic decision-making


• Coordinate cross-functional projects across operations, product, marketing, and customer success


• Gather, clean, and analyse data to uncover trends and operational opportunities


• Build dashboards and reports & translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations


• Identify inefficiencies across workflows and propose scalable solutions


• Assist in building small internal tools (basic scripting or low-code tasks)

You're a Great Fit If You:


• Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills


• Have some coding experience (SQL, Python, JavaScript or similar)


• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills


• Are proactive, resourceful, and eager to learn


• Can operate in a fast-moving, evolving environment


• Are detail-oriented and take ownership of your work


• Are comfortable with tools like Retool (added plus)
