Founder Associate
who's just as fearless, curious, and committed as we are.

Why This Role?
This isn't your typical 9-5 role. As the
Founder's Associate
, you'll be the right-hand to the founder, navigating across multiple companies, product experiments, and strategic initiatives. If you're hungry for exposure, autonomy, and high-level impact across startups, this is a rare opportunity.

What You'll Do
You'll operate as a strategic Swiss army knife across multiple ventures and projects. Expect your week to include a mix of these:

  • Strategic Execution: Drive special projects across different companies — market expansion, process automation, product launches.Create slide decks, memos, and analyses to support key decisions. Own problems, even when there's no playbook.
  • Ops & Growth: Streamline internal ops, implement tools, and optimise workflows. Build and maintain no-code dashboards, processes or CRM systems.
  • Business Development: Assist with customer acquisition, manage relationships with key partners, and help secure new business opportunities.
  • Product & Market Insight: Conduct competitor research, summarise trends, and distil customer feedback. Help test new tools, user experiences, and GTM strategies.
  • Content & Brand: Collaborate on marketing campaigns and personal brand content for the founder. Support with pitch decks, writing, or ghost content when needed.
  • Fundraising: Prepare investor documents and coordinate communication with stakeholders. Help shape storytelling around traction and roadmap.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyse performance metrics, track KPIs, and present actionable insights to inform business decisions.

Bonus:
Background in consulting, law, startups, SaaS, operations, or content/brand building.

Additional Info

  • Salary: BOE
