Consumer Strategist – Northern European Hub

Location: UK & Nordic Markets

Full-time | Senior Level

Are you passionate about putting consumers at the heart of business strategy? We're looking for a
Consumer Strategist
to lead consumer engagement across the Northern European Hub (UK & Nordics). This role reports to the
Consumer Engagement Lead
and is pivotal in shaping experiences that truly make a difference.

About the Role

As a Consumer Strategist, you will:

  • Build deep understanding of consumer behaviours, attitudes, and needs within the B2B space.
  • Develop a
    5-year consumer engagement strategy
    and a clear
    test-and-learn pilot plan
    with B2B partners.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize consumer campaigns across relevant channels, collaborating with media and creative agencies.
  • Localize global content and create impactful local campaigns that resonate emotionally and drive long-term brand equity.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
  • Use data-driven insights to measure performance and continuously improve campaigns.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Digital, Sales, Medical Affairs, Legal) and external agencies to embed consumer-first thinking.
  • Build consumer capability across the organization through tools, processes, and best practices.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 7+ years in consumer marketing.
  • Experience with media, creative, and research agencies.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
  • Resilience and experience driving consumer transformation within healthcare.
