Midweight Creative Strategist
who can connect the dots across the full brand ecosystem - someone with the ideas, the insight, and the strategic clarity to turn moments into multi-channel experiences.
About the Role
This is a pivotal strategic role within a highly creative environment. You'll help define how brands show up in culture and ensure that every experiential activation ladders up to a wider, coherent brand narrative.
You'll work upstream to shape the strategic platform, and downstream to ensure the idea comes to life across physical, digital and social touchpoints. You'll collaborate closely with creative, production, and client teams to deliver work that resonates, engages, and drives genuine impact.
What You'll Do
- Develop clear, compelling creative strategies that unify the brand experience across experiential, digital, social, partnerships and content.
- Translate cultural insights, audience behaviours and brand positioning into powerful experience-led ideas.
- Work hand-in-hand with creatives to spark ideas, frame opportunities and elevate concepts.
- Build decks and narratives that simplify complex thinking and inspire both clients and internal teams.
- Lead or support strategic workstreams across pitches, brand experience roadmaps, campaign development and comms architecture.
- Stay plugged into sport, entertainment, culture and emerging consumer behaviours to guide forward-thinking work.
What We're Looking For
- 3–5 years in creative strategy, brand strategy or experience strategy ideally within an experiential, integrated, or creative agency.
- A natural ideas-person who can zoom out to big-picture brand thinking and zoom in to detail across channels.
- Strong understanding of how experiential fits into the wider marketing mix.
- Confident storyteller who's comfortable presenting thinking to clients.
- Passion for culture, sport, entertainment and how brands play within them.
- Someone collaborative, curious and energised by unconventional creative thinking.
