As a Creative Strategist, you will bring proven experience developing briefs and collaborating with teams to deliver strategic ideas that address a variety of client challenges. A confident voice at the core of our creative process, you’ll be a trusted source of knowledge able to create compelling strategic arguments while effectively communicating with senior internal and external stakeholders.

From working on an immersive Olympic activation one day and a new tech launch the next, you can expect big brands, a fast pace, and no normal. We’re looking for somebody who seamlessly combines left-brain logic with right-brain ingenuity, and isn’t afraid to dive into the data for that elusive insight. Together, we’ll make creative work that is effective, innovative and that clients love.

**Key Accountabilities**
- Interpret, interrogate, and, when appropriate, challenge client briefs
- Conduct in-depth research, analysis, and interpretation to identify shed new light on client challenges and opportunities
- Translate findings into credible and compelling insights, unlocking creative solutions aligned with client and audience objectives
- Craft clear, thoughtful creative briefs and demonstrate expertise in a variety of strategic frameworks and approaches
- Lead creative kick-offs, and deliver strategic guidance to actively steer creative bravery across experiential and omnichannel campaigns and activations
- Oversee the development of creative work, ideating and providing constructive feedback to ensure delivery aligns with the brief
- Confident developing brilliant pitches and presentations which sell-in innovative ideas
- Lead the communication of strategic thinking with both existing clients and potential new business opportunities
- P roactively follow and report on global experiential and marketing trends across B2B, B2C, internal communications, social media, and other channels
- Promote a strategic approach to problem-solving throughout the agency

- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced agency environment
- Equally adept at working in teams and independently, with a strong sense of initiative and accountability for assigned project
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to simplify complex concepts effectively
- Highly strategic thinker with strong attention to detail and the ability to pick up on unspoken cues
- Passionate about understanding human behaviour and uncovering deeper motivations
- Culturally and commercially savvy, with a keen interest in social trends, marketing, experiential, and brand innovations
