The Lead Strategist's mandate is to ensure the delivery of exceptional reports, the articulation of impactful insights, and the discovery of the "WOW" factor in every aspect of our work. **What you’ll do be doing**: - Lead and manage consumer research projects for clients. - Identify client´s research objectives and translate it into research design. - Analyze research briefs to discern the underlying challenges faced by the client. - Assist in managing and cultivating relationships with key accounts. - Identify and capitalize on opportunities to expand existing accounts. - Craft compelling narratives, effectively communicating insights in a powerful manner. - Uncover the "WOW" factor in the data and insights. - Act as a considered provocateur, encouraging thoughtful discussions. - Demonstrate confidence, experience, and expertise in providing precise guidance to clients. **What we're looking for**: - Considerable experience in market research (qualitative and/or quantitative) with agency background - Knowledgeable about insights and brand building strategy - Experience with consumer research and uncovering insights - Experience in preparing & finalising written reports summarizing findings, conclusions and recommendations - Experience in cultivating relationships with key accounts **What we offer**: - Competitive base salary - Flexible Hybrid Working - 25 days annual leavee - 4 “Non Sick” Wellness days + your birthday off - Company Pension - Company Bonus Scheme - Private Healthcare - _Wow_ Awards
