What You'll Be Doing

Market & Insurer Relations

  • Build and maintain strong insurer partnerships
  • Negotiate competitive terms and market-leading solutions

Technical Oversight

  • Ensure accuracy, quality, and best-practice across all commercial placements

Team Leadership

  • Lead, coach, and develop a commercial broking team of 8

Governance & Compliance

  • Uphold the highest standards in line with FCA requirements

Commercial Strategy

  • Contribute to growth, profitability, and operational excellence

Internal Collaboration

  • Work closely with Directors, Compliance, Finance, and Broking teams

What You'll Bring

  • CII qualified
  • Strong track record in UK commercial insurance
  • Deep knowledge of Commercial Combined, Property Owners, and wider commercial lines
  • Broking background essential.
  • Client-first approach with strong insurer negotiation skills
