We're now looking for a
passionate and experienced recruiter
to join our in-house Talent Acquisition team. If you're a self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys managing the full recruitment lifecycle, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Partnering with HR and business leaders to understand hiring needs and deliver tailored recruitment strategies
  • Managing end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding
  • Driving strategic hiring programs including diversity and contingent workforce planning
  • Ensuring compliance with internal policies and UK legal requirements
  • Building strong relationships with hiring managers, vendors, and external partners

What You'll Bring

  • Strong recruitment experience, ideally in tech hiring
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple roles and projects simultaneously
  • Experience with process improvement and recruitment technology
  • Knowledge of UK employment practices and security clearance processes
