We use proven technology, specialist teams and domain expertise to build solid technical foundations across platforms, data, and business applications. We have a passion for using technology to solve business problems, working in partnership with our clients to help in achieving their goals.
About the Role:
The Senior Business Analyst – ServiceNow (Data & Process) will play a key role in supporting the implementation of ServiceNow across a major energy organisation. This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role within a large-scale digital transformation programme that is modernising enterprise service management and data governance.
Working at the intersection of business processes, data, and technology, you will bridge the gap between stakeholders and technical delivery teams. You will ensure that workflows, data requirements, and integrations are clearly defined, accurately documented, and aligned to business outcomes. From analysing existing processes to supporting data migration, validation, and testing, you'll directly contribute to the success of the ServiceNow rollout and its long-term adoption..
As a Senior Business Analyst – ServiceNow (Data & Process), you will:
- Engage with business and technical stakeholders to capture, refine, and document data and process requirements for ServiceNow.
- Define and model business processes, data flows, and system interactions in line with enterprise standards.
- Support data migration, including mapping, cleansing, validation, and reconciliation.
- Collaborate with developers, architects, and SMEs to translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
- Identify and document business rules, acceptance criteria, and dependencies across multiple process areas.
- Provide insight into data governance, quality, and reporting needs to enable reliable decision-making.
- Support testing, validation, and change management to ensure solutions meet business and operational needs.
- Contribute to continuous improvement, helping to standardise and optimise data and workflow practices across the organisation.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within data-focused or system implementation projects.
- Experience supporting ServiceNow or similar enterprise platform rollouts.
- Strong understanding of data governance, data migration, and quality management principles.
- Skilled in translating complex business requirements into structured documentation and deliverables.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
- Comfortable working collaboratively across technical and business domains within large transformation programmes.
