National Strategic Head of Sales (Automotive) – End-to-End Solutions
£70,000–£90,000 + Car + Commission | Multimodal.
The Opportunity
We are partnering with a global, family owned logistics leader (established for over 50 years) to recruit for a Head of Road Freight Sales – Automotive. The business is a very strong in European road, Air & Sea and Contract Logistics, with their own vehicles.
This role will build and scale the UK
Automotive vertical
, leveraging a substantial existing road customer base and an end-to-end solutions portfolio across transport and warehousing.
Key responsibilities
To Lead the
Retail Sales strategy
, owning sales growth across enterprise and mid-market customers. You'll:
- Shape and deliver the vertical sales plan and value proposition.
- Win and grow key retail accounts through major RFQs and multimodal solutions.
- Expand from road into full end-to-end supply chain offerings.
- Collaborate with operations, product and design teams to craft scalable, high-value solutions.
- Build, lead and inspire a top-performing sales team, with clear focus on results, margin and customer success.
