We're now looking for a skilled and passionate Chef de Partie to join our talented kitchen brigade.

The Role

As Chef de Partie, you'll take responsibility for your section, ensuring every dish leaving the pass meets the high standards we expect at Riva. You'll report to and work closely with our Sous Chefs to maintain consistency, flavour, and presentation across our three menus and seasonal specials.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook dishes to fine dining standards
  • Maintain high levels of hygiene, safety, and cleanliness
  • Work efficiently within a busy kitchen environment
  • Support and train junior chefs as needed
  • Ensure stock is managed and wastage is kept to a minimum
  • Comply where necessary with all company and government administration requirements

About You

  • Previous experience in a high-end or fine dining restaurant
  • A genuine passion for food, flavour, and presentation
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
