Basis: Fixed Term – 18 months
Location: Witney or Stroud office, with travel across Gloucestershire and Oxfordshire
Hours: Part-time (22.5–30 hours per week)

This is an exciting opportunity to lead the development and delivery of Guideposts Academy's ASDAN-accredited training programme. If you are organised, passionate about inclusive education, and eager to make a difference, this could be the role for you.
Purpose
Coordinate and deliver ASDAN courses across our day service hubs, ensuring compliance, quality, and learner success.
Our successful ASDAN Programme Coordinator will:
- Set up and manage ASDAN courses, schedules, and resources.
- Register learners and maintain accurate records in line with GDPR.
- Deliver ASDAN programmes and support learners with Individual Learning Plans.
- Coordinate moderation processes and ensure timely completion of units.
- Promote the programme and build relationships with schools and community organisations.
We are looking for someone who is:
- Experienced in project coordination or administration, ideally in education or social care.
- Skilled in communication and organisation.
- Understanding of the needs of adults with learning difficulties.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital record-keeping.
