We are seeking a dynamic Head of FP&A to join my client's leadership team at their Gloucestershire-based headquarters. This is a pivotal role in a business that both manufactures and sources high-quality products, supplying customers across the UK and Europe. As Head of FP&A, you will be responsible for:

• Leading the budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes
• Working closely with the banks and other external stakeholders
• Providing insightful analysis to support strategic decision-making
• Partnering with commercial and operational teams to drive performance
• Developing financial models to evaluate new products, markets, and investments
• Enhancing reporting tools and dashboards to improve visibility and control
• Supporting the leadership team with scenario planning and risk analysis

About You

• Proven experience in FP&A within FMCG or a fast-paced product-led environment
• Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement
• Professional qualification (ACCA, CIMA, ACA) preferred
