Summary of Position
As Group VDA Admin Support you will be responsible for the efficient and effective management of requesting and securing images from customers relating to the damage sustained to their vehicle.
You will also be expected to keep accurate records for each case within the Bodyshop Management System (BMS) to allow yourself, the Group VDA Team and or wider business to have visibility on progression.
From time to time and subject to further training as required, you may also be expected to provide additional support as requested by your line manager. In the main, this support would be centred around general administrative Group VDA tasks, however there may be occasions where delegated tasks would relate to wider Group VDA functions.
Duties and Responsibilities
- To ensure submission of image requests and return of images within target sla.
- To display strong and effective communication skills.
- To ensure you adhere to Company procedures and processes.
- To keep accurate records within the BMS of actions taken and future actions to be taken.
- To be comfortable working on your own initiative and as part of a team.
- To be proactive in supporting colleagues whilst also ensuring individual tasks are managed efficiently and productivity targets are met.
- To be flexible, adaptable, and willing to embrace change.
- To assist in identifying areas of improvement for the department or wider Company.
- To develop and maintain an excellent working knowledge of the BMS.
- To present and conduct yourself in a professional manner to enhance the Company image at all times.

A degree of flexibility will be required in hours attended subject to work volumes, also additional or alternative duties may be requested from time to time to include attending training courses pertaining to your role within the Company and or to provide training for colleagues, both at your normal place of work or other locations.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £27,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
