We’re looking for a detail-oriented finance and admin assistant to join our energetic team, manage finance processes such as data preparation and reconciliation, and support our leadership team on the quest to empower in-game creators to build a new profession.

As a Finance and Admin Assistant, you will be working with our payments and leadership team, responsible for a range of day-to-day processes surrounding sales tax, payments reconciliation, reporting and more. This role involves being able to learn and follow a variety of processes using a range of tools and software and handling payouts to a range of partners, as well as supporting the leadership team with activities such as handling postal communication, booking meetings and planning events.

**This role is open to UK residents only.**

**Responsibilities**:
**In this role, you will**:

- Prepare and submit sales tax data using pre-defined tools and processes
- Conduct Payin/Payout reconciliation on our Checkout platform
- Handle payouts to creators and partners
- Manage digitisation of physical post, flagging communications with the relevant point of contact as appropriate
- Provide general support to the leadership team by arranging meetings, company events etc
