About Us:

The Admin People provides expert administrative and marketing support to financial advisors across the UK, specialising in mortgage and protection. We are now at the point of expanding and are looking for a creative, reliable content creator.

We're a small, growing business that values long-term relationships and collaboration. This is a great fit for someone who's already self-employed or freelancing, looking for sub contracted work.

The Role:

We estimate a start of hours per week, with fully remote flexibility. Initially, there may be a short onboarding period before client work begins, during which you'll:

  • Complete a self paced CPD-accredited online course (fully paid for)
  • Receive FCA compliance training from us directly

Once client projects begin, you'll:

  • Create visually appealing, compliant social media content for financial services brokers
  • Design and schedule posts across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook)
  • Bring creativity and professionalism to an industry that often lacks both
  • Follow FCA compliance guidelines (training provided)

What We're Looking For:

  • Must have Canva experience — non-negotiable
  • Must be confident with social media and have some optimisation experience
  • Excellent creative eye and passion for design
  • Qualification or background in art, design, or creative media preferred
  • Reliable, self-motivated, and responsive
  • Already self-employed or freelancing preferred
  • Financial services experience not required (training provided), but a bonus
  • Examples of previous Canva created content
  • You must have your own laptop or tablet, equipment not provided
