Salary:
up to £45k

Company Overview:

Our client is a fully integrated marketing and communications organisation bringing together media, digital, data, technology, creative, CRM, social, UX, ecommerce and more – all under one unified structure. Their mission is simple: to create meaningful connections between people and brands and to drive tangible business impact through joined-up thinking and execution.

Within our client's organisation, their specialist ecommerce division helps brands accelerate growth across digital retail channels. We combine hands-on operational expertise, advanced analytics and technology, and strategic consulting to support clients across D2C, marketplaces, retail media, social commerce, and emerging commerce opportunities. Our work spans multiple channels, multiple product offerings, and multiple markets.

The Role:

Drive growth. Elevate performance. Lead with impact.

As an Ecommerce Manager, you will operate at the crossroads of strategy, operations, and client leadership – owning the end-to-end delivery of multi-channel ecommerce programmes for your portfolio of brands. You will shape channel strategy, manage day-to-day execution across Amazon and the wider commerce ecosystem, and mentor junior talent to ensure consistent, high-quality output. Ultimately, you will be a trusted partner to clients, driving measurable growth through smart, connected commerce.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead multi-channel ecommerce strategy across Amazon, marketplaces, retail media, D2C, and social commerce
  • Line manage and develop a team of 1–2 ecommerce executives
  • Own client-facing responsibilities including reporting cycles, planning sessions, performance reviews and roadmap development
  • Translate data into insights, build testing plans, and present opportunities to unlock incremental growth
  • Act as a strategic partner to clients, advising on best practice and emerging trends across the commerce ecosystem
  • Collaborate with channel specialists to deliver integrated, high-performing campaigns and optimised digital shelves
  • Champion innovation by testing new tools, formats and approaches to keep clients ahead of industry trends
  • Support new business efforts through insights, analysis and strategic input for pitches
  • Maintain strong account health, ensuring all work meets high standards of execution, performance and client satisfaction

Your Profile:

You will be a commercially minded operator, a confident client partner, and a supportive team leader who thrives in fast-moving ecommerce environments. You combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution and enjoy helping brands navigate complex, ever-evolving retail ecosystems.

Essential Experience:

  • Strong operational expertise across Amazon (Vendor & Seller Central) with knowledge of additional channels such as retail media, marketplaces, social commerce, SEO or PPC
  • Proven experience managing client accounts and delivering against performance KPIs
  • Experience mentoring or managing others in a high-performance, fast-paced setting
  • Confident communicator comfortable presenting to clients and influencing senior stakeholders
  • Skilled at analysing performance data and translating insights into commercial recommendations
  • Proficient in Excel and comfortable working with ecommerce metrics and reporting
  • A collaborative, curious mindset with a drive for continuous improvement
