Your Impact This role is based in our Leicetser office in England, you will work on site providing strategic leadership and proactive ownership of all partner marketing initiatives. Role Overview: Support 's new and expansion revenue efforts through best-in-class implementation of our suite of apps. The Implementation Specialist is a customer-facing partner to Sales and Customer Success, ensuring assigned accounts are fully set up from trial start with all key features and integrations activated. By owning this process end-to-end, the role creates the foundation for Sales and CS to drive new and expansion revenue.What You'll DoServe as the primary customer-facing implementation lead from trial start until go-live.Own technical setup, feature activation, integrations, and configuration to ensure merchants are fully live. Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to maintain context and relationship continuity throughout the trial. Hand over to CSM once implementation is complete. Follow the rules of engagement to know whether Sales or CS is responsible for expansion at each stage. Execute implementation plays designed to accelerate revenue to position the account for expansion (while not selling directly). What you'll do:
