Customer Success Specialist

Peritus Learning provides a range of high-quality affordable training and learning products and services (both online and offline) to help companies manage their people development, aimed at businesses of all sizes and sectors.

We move fast, learn constantly, and challenge the old-school nonsense holding our industry back. In this role you will be supporting our customers using our learning platform, providing technical support and tips and tricks. What you'll be doing:

Become a platform expert.
You'll handle day-to-day LMS administration: managing users, uploading content, configuring settings, and keeping the platform running smoothly so customers get a seamless learning experience.

Make learning simple.
From running onboarding and review meetings on Teams, to showing customers the ropes and building action plans that you see through to implementation, you'll help them feel confident and empowered from day one. You'll share best practice and help them get the very best out of our learning platform.

Solve problems like a pro.
Whether it's a login issue, a content error, or a "why is this doing that?" moment, you'll dive in, investigate, and find the fix fast.

Own the whole journey.
No passing people around. If a customer comes to you, you'll take their issue from start to finish, looping in other teams only when you need backup.

Think on your feet.
Just real conversations where you listen, understand, and give solutions that make sense.

Spot patterns and share insights.
You'll help us identify recurring issues, trends, and clever customer behaviours, and work with the team to turn those insights into platform and process improvements.

Be the calm in the chaos.
Some days will be busy, some queries complex, but you'll keep cool, stay kind, and help customers feel genuinely supported.
What you'll need:
· Demonstrated experience working with an LMS (from an admin, support, or configuration perspective) or similar digital platform.
· A proven track record in customer facing roles within a B2B environment, whether that's supporting customers via Microsoft Teams/Zoom or over the phone.
· Strong experience managing customer expectations. You can prioritise, set realistic time frames, and keep customers updated throughout.
· A proven ability to meet deadlines and hit targets effectively, especially in a busy support environment.
· Brilliant communication skills and the ability to make technical things sound simple.
· A sharp eye for detail, ensuring processes are followed and issues are resolved accurately.
· A positive, proactive attitude, you take ownership, follow tasks through to completion, and don't shy away from learning new things.
· Comfortable with feedback and continuous improvement; we grow fast, and we expect our people to grow with us.
· A willingness to work collaboratively in an office-based team environment, this role is fully office based.
· Perform any other duties as required by the business, ensuring flexibility and a proactive approach to changing priorities.
