Role Overview:

As Junior Office Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and supporting our Partners in their day-to-day activities. This is an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to the fast-paced world of private equity and venture capital while developing key administrative and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support:

  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements for Partners and team members.
  • Prepare and format documents, presentations, and reports for internal and external use.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups.
  • Maintain accurate records, including expense tracking and filing systems.

Office Management:

  • Oversee daily office operations, ensuring a professional and efficient work environment.
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships.
  • Coordinate logistics for meetings, events, and client visits, including arranging catering and meeting rooms.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized office space to reflect the firm's professional standards.

Partner Assistance:

  • Provide direct support to Partners, including preparing meeting materials, agendas, and follow-up notes.
  • Assist with research tasks, such as gathering data on potential investments or market trends, as directed.
  • Coordinate with external stakeholders, including portfolio companies, investors, and service providers.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Recent graduation from a Bachelor's degree program (Business, Finance, Economics, or related fields preferred).
  • Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional demeanour with a proactive and positive attitude.
  • Prior administrative or office experience is a plus but not required.
  • Interest in private equity, venture capital, or finance is highly desirable.
