Salary Range: £28,000–£32,000, depending on experience

based in Horsforth, Leeds – and we're on the hunt for a talented 
Sales Account Manager

to join our friendly, hard-working team.

With

The Role

As a 
Sales Account Manager

, you'll join a team of 12 experienced Account Managers, each responsible for managing and developing their own client portfolio. You'll be the key point of contact for your customers, providing creative, on-brand product solutions to meet their marketing and uniform needs. From developing proposals and converting enquiries into sales, to nurturing long-term client relationships and identifying new opportunities, this is a role where no two days are the same.

Key Responsibilities

  • The main point of contact for your client accounts
  • Deliver excellent service and communication at every stage
  • Build strong, lasting relationships to drive repeat business and growth
  • Understand client briefs and propose creative branded solutions to support their unform requirements or achieve their marketing goals
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery
  • Follow up on quotes and convert leads into orders
  • Proactively grow existing accounts and seek new business opportunities using your networking skills
  • Conduct client meetings to present proposals and ideas
  • Monitor account performance and address any issues promptly
  • Stay up to date with our product range and latest industry trends

About You

We're looking for someone who's:

  • Energetic, reliable, and always ready to go the extra mile
  • Experienced in sales or a customer-facing role
  • Highly organised, with a keen eye for detail and must be able to follow structured processes
  • Confident using our dedicated IT and CRM systems
  • An excellent communicator with a positive, team-focused attitude

Experience in 
branded merchandise, workwear, print and signage or marketing campaigns

is a real advantage but is not essential. Above all, we value 
personality, work ethic, and a proactive mindset

. We'll provide full product training and ongoing support to help you succeed.
