Body Fit Training (BFT) is a rapidly growing global fitness community with over 450 franchises sold worldwide and a membership base exceeding 58,000. Originating in Australia, BFT now has 300+ studios across Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Hong Kong, the U.S, and the UK. Founded by Cameron Falloon, BFT utilizes scientifically proven training techniques and personalized heart rate technology to deliver 50-minute classes that combine cardio, strength, and resistance training. Our dynamic group sessions, overseen by accredited trainers, foster a team-driven community environment that keeps our members engaged and motivated.
We're now looking for a
full-time Sales & Coaching Executive
to help grow our community and deliver an exceptional member experience.
Role Overview
This is a hybrid role where you'll split your time between
sales (around 70%)
and
coaching (around 30%)
.
- In your
sales capacity
, you'll be responsible for driving membership growth, managing leads, and delivering a seamless onboarding experience for new members. - In your
coaching capacity
, you'll lead and assist in BFT group training sessions, ensuring our members receive world-class instruction, motivation, and support.

Key Responsibilities
Sales (70%)
- Lead generation through outreach, referrals, partnerships, and local community engagement
- Manage inbound enquiries (phone, email, walk-ins, social media) with professionalism and energy
- Conduct in-person and over-the-phone sales consultations, tours, and trials
- Achieve and exceed monthly membership sales targets
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM systems (Hapana, GymSales, etc.)
- Support studio marketing campaigns, open weeks, and local activations
- Represent BFT with enthusiasm, confidence, and professionalism
Coaching (30%)
- Deliver and assist with BFT group training sessions in line with the BFT methodology
- Provide excellent member engagement and coaching on the gym floor
- Support new members in their onboarding and integration into classes
- Assist with fitness testing, member progress tracking, and programming delivery
- Contribute to maintaining a safe, inclusive, and motivating training environment
What We're Looking For
- Passion for health & fitness
– you love training, and you love helping others succeed - Sales or customer service experience (fitness industry highly desirable)
- Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport quickly
- Results-driven mindset with proven ability to hit targets
- Team player with a proactive, positive, and community-first approach
Qualifications (Required & Preferred)
- Essential
: Previous sales and coaching experience in gyms, boutique studios, or group training environments - Preferred:
Fitness qualification – REPs Level 2 minimum (Level 3 Personal Training preferred) or CIMSPA equivalent
