We are now looking for an experienced results driven Sales Manager from a B2B telesales environment for our established Glasgow office.

You'll be responsible for hitting Revenue and Gross profit targets, Leadership & Coaching and getting the most out of our team.

Key responsibilities:

  • Managing our Sales Development Representative team on the phones
  • Hitting monthly revenue and Gross Profit targets
  • Providing consistent coaching via numerous methods
  • Training new starters
  • Collaborating with key figures within the business to maximise results
  • Leading by example
  • Interviewing new candidates

What we are looking for in you:

  • Previous B2B Sales Management experience (Minimum of 2 years)
  • Proven results in a B2B environment
  • Experienced working with CRM's (Salesforce experience beneficial but not essential)
  • Adaptable coaching & training methods
  • Previous experience in a Telecommunications environment is beneficial but not essential
  • Someone upbeat, positive and motivating
  • Someone who lives our 10 core values through their work every day

What we offer:

  • Basic Salary of £40k-£45k DOE
  • An attractive commission structure with OTE of £75k+
  • 25 days holiday per annum (rising 1 day every year of service, max 30 days)
