Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction. This position is perfect for individuals with a passion for hospitality and a desire to contribute to a dynamic restaurant environment.

Duties

  • Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional first impression.
  • Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all customer requests are met.
  • Serve food and beverages in a timely manner, maintaining high service standards throughout the dining experience.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth communication and efficient service flow.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism, striving for resolution and guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including dining tables, service stations, and restrooms.
  • Support bartending activities as needed, including mixing drinks and serving beverages responsibly.
  • Participate in catering events when required, ensuring that all aspects of service are executed flawlessly.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant setting is essential.
  • Knowledge of food safety practices is advantageous.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • A positive attitude with a willingness to help others and provide excellent customer service.
  • Bartending experience is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
