What you'll be doing
As Business Development Executive, you'll be the proactive force behind our hotel's growth. You will:
- Identify and secure new business opportunities across corporate, leisure, and MICE segments
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients and partners
- Represent the hotel at networking events, trade shows, and client meetings
- Collaborate with marketing and operations to deliver compelling proposals and campaigns
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the curve
- Report on pipeline and performance to senior leadership
This is a role for someone who lives and breathes networking – someone who knows how to open doors, build trust, and create long-term partnerships.

With incredible seafront views, the 4 star Mercure Brighton Seafront Hotel is the ideal place to stay when visiting this historic city. The Grade 2 listed hotel is a grand Victorian landmark with period features, including stuccoes Regency frontage, original mirrors, chandeliers and a high ceilinged ballroom for celebrations.
