About the Role

As a Customer Service Administrator, you'll play a key role in delivering an outstanding front-of-house and administration service to our patients, visitors, consultants, and colleagues. You'll help ensure our services run smoothly, whether supporting planned or unplanned absences, and will be part of a team committed to providing a warm, professional, and patient-focused experience.

This role is a permanent full time role (40 hrs per week) and will cover shifts between 7:30am – 8:00pm, Monday to Saturday, according to business needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide a professional, welcoming reception service for patients, families, and visitors.
  • Maintain a smart and professional front-of-house presence at all times.
  • Organise and book appointments for patients, consultants, and external staff – both in person and by telephone.
  • Liaise with consultants and their PA teams to ensure patient records and information are accurate and up to date.
  • Handle telephone enquiries and bookings politely and efficiently, including managing voicemail and returning calls promptly.
About You

We're looking for someone who is:

  • An excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Experienced in administration, ideally within a high-end healthcare environment.
  • Highly organised, with excellent attention to detail.
  • IT proficient, particularly in Microsoft Word and Excel.
