Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Service Delivery Manager located in Orpington. The Service Delivery Manager will oversee the performance and quality of service delivery, ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing and improving service delivery processes, coordinating with internal teams, maintaining service standards, and addressing any issues that arise during the delivery process. The role also involves liaising with customers to understand their needs and ensuring these are met efficiently and effectively.
