Are you a commercially-minded relationship builder who thrives on helping marketing agencies grow?

We're looking for a
strategic and driven Sales Account Director
to lead partnerships with a portfolio of leading creative, marketing, and communications agencies.

In this pivotal role, you'll act as a trusted growth advisor — crafting compelling outreach campaigns, delivering market insights, and guiding clients through effective new business strategies that drive measurable results.

You'll also mentor and inspire a talented team of Account Managers and Senior Account Managers, fostering a collaborative, people-first, and performance-driven culture.


What you'll do

  • Lead strategic relationships with agency clients, managing all communications and reporting.
  • Shape and execute outreach campaigns that turn insights into opportunities.
  • Guide and motivate your team with clarity, creativity, and commercial focus.
  • Provide market and brand insights to inform smart prospecting strategies.
  • Attend industry events and client offices regularly to strengthen connections.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to deliver long-term growth plans.
