to build and scale a high-performing perm function within their already dominant US-focused business.

35-head, contract-heavy agency

, and you'll take ownership of that function from day one while shaping the wider growth strategy.

You'll be supported directly by the Founders (each of whom has scaled multiple high-growth recruitment businesses before) and backed by an elite culture where

What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead, coach, and scale the permanent division from 2 heads to 10+ within 12–18 months
  • Work closely with senior leadership to define growth strategy, market focus, and structure
  • Develop and execute plans to dominate the
    US Data & AI perm market
    , leveraging an already-established contract client base
  • Hands-on billing leadership — setting the tone with your own performance and client wins
  • Build a best-in-class candidate and client experience that matches the firm's elite standards
