OverviewThis role is for a Head of Permanent Recruitment to join an expanding team in London. This is a leadership position with responsibility for growing permanent recruitment across regions and driving business development.Base pay rangeDirect message the job poster from Great Jobs UKThe RoleThe role - Team manager (Perm)This is a high growth role with lots of potential for career progression and to take wider responsibility within the business in the future. You will be responsible for building and leading a team of internationally focused experienced consultants, as well as leveraging existing client relationships to expand our service offerings. This is a leadership role with billing and account management responsibility. You will also have influence over the strategy and commercial direction of your team within the business.Key responsibilitiesMake sure to read the full description below, and please apply immediately if you are confident you meet all the requirements.Growing the footprint of Permanent recruitment globallyEnsuring a constant flow of new jobs into the teamDeveloping a strong personal brand amongst candidates and clients within their nicheInheriting a warm desk and maximizing relationshipsManaging and overseeing the full cycle 360 recruitment process: role briefing, search and selection, interview coaching, closing, follow upContinued development of major client accounts and turning warm prospects into active companies and candidatesSetting the standard and leading by example across all areas of the recruitment lifecycleDelivering an excellent candidate and company experience at all timesWorking closely with the marketing team to develop strategies for candidate and client acquisitionLeadershipDesigning the hiring strategy, targets and metrics to ensure team successLeading, training and managing a small team of consultants, with responsibility to grow and developSales accountability for the team, measuring performance and productivity, leading by exampleHiring, developing, attracting and retaining talentImplementing state-of-the-art best practices across the teamUpholding the company’s xpwpeyx values and high quality service levelAd-hoc duties as required by the CEOWhat they are looking forDemonstrated experience of working in a candidate-short permanent market in medical device or life sciences (Europe or international is ideal)Recruitment agency experienceProven experience of managing and developing at least 2 recruitment consultantsProven track record of opening up and developing accountsAdditional informationFor more information contact Nick on Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Great Jobs UK.
