Consultants enjoy a collaborative environment, access to senior finance leaders, and opportunities to attend major industry events across the Europe.For UK-based consultants, relocation sponsorship to the US is available for those with relevant experience.The OpportunityWe are hiring experienced Senior Recruitment Consultants and Principal Recruitment Consultants to join their FinTech/ERP talent teams in either London or New York.This is a 360 recruitment role where you will build long-term client partnerships at senior levels, source niche technology candidates, and deliver consistently on high-value assignments across the ERP and FinTech markets.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop new business and build long-term relationships with senior finance stakeholders (CFOs, FDs, Heads of Finance).Source, assess and engage top-tier technology talent across niche ERP ecosystems.Manage the full 360 recruitment lifecycle.Present shortlists, prepare candidates for interviews, and negotiate offers.Work closely with internal delivery and leadership teams to ensure high-quality outcomes.Must-Have ExperienceMinimum 2 years of 360 agency recruitment experience, including business development and delivery.Proven strong billing track record.Experience recruiting into either: Technology: Oracle, NetSuite, Workday, Unit4, OneStream, Dynamics365, Anaplan or Senior Finance positions.Ability to operate confidently with senior-level stakeholders.Strong commercial acumen and relationship-building skills.What’s On OfferJoin a high-credibility, global FinTech recruitment specialist.Work with ERP vendors as an official partner.Clear progression routes across Senior, Principal and beyond.Industry event attendance across the US and Europe.Competitive compensation with strong earning potential.US relocation sponsorship available for experienced UK consultants.How to ApplyIf you’re an experienced 360 recruiter looking to progress within a high-performing, international FinTech environment, please apply directly or message Paul Reid for a confidential discussion.
