The Opportunity As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you’ll manage end-to-end recruitment processes, build and maintain key client relationships, and deliver top-tier talent within contract and/or permanent markets. You’ll lead full recruitment cycles, mentor junior consultants, and play a pivotal role in driving our London growth. Key Responsibilities Manage the full recruitment lifecycle across Data, ERP & CRM markets. Build and maintain long-term client partnerships while driving new business opportunities. Demonstrate a passion for recruitment and growing your own client portfolio. Consistently exceed billing targets and contribute to overall team performance. Support and mentor junior consultants to help them reach their goals. What We’re Looking For Proven track record in recruitment, ideally within the technology space. Strong billing history and consistent achievement of sales targets. Excellent relationship-building and business development skills. Fluent in English (additional European languages are a plus).
