A specialist Recruitment agency within a well established group of agencies is seeking to hire an experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant to join them as they are expanding. They hire GTM (Go to market) Sales and Marketing roles into Tech businesses, and focus predominantly on the mid to
senior level hires
. 80% of the roles they work on is above £80K level.

They do
contingent hiring
, but they also do some exciting other
projects
such as market mapping projects for clients, retained search projects and also Projects to build entire teams that they then drop into tech clients as they expand. This is a chance for a recruiter to enhance what they do and get involved in some exciting projects as well as doing their normal day to day recruiting.

They mainly work with clients in SAAS, AI, Cloud, Professional Staffing, Direct Sales and Tech Channel. The role will be hiring globally so there is no limit or restrictions on BD, you will have a wide target market to go after.

This position is hybrid and in the office
3 days a week.
There can be a flexible work pattern if needed. They are based
10 minutes walk from Liverpool street mainline station
with local close tube connections too.

The Selling Points

  • You will be involved in consultancy work not just hiring, meaning that you will be doing market mapping and contributing to other consultation projects not just recruitment.
  • Being a smaller business you are unlikely to be stepping on anyone's toes as there are currently 5 people, so there is plenty of opportunity to be expanding and growing with the company. There are over 30 in the wider group, so a big busy office environment, really nice culture.
  • You will work for a Principal Consultant who has many years of experience and bills more than 400k himself, the director of the brand has 25 years experience in Go To Market so there isn't anyone better to learn from.

The successful candidate:-

  • You will need a perm recruitment background
  • A recruitment consultant or senior consultant who is likely to have a few years 360 experience.
  • A 360 recruiter who would be happy working on some existing business but also focusing on building their own desk.
  • Ideally you will have worked with Tech clients if not you will be used to hiring senior perm roles into
  • It would be beneficial but not essential if you have done international hiring.
  • You will need experience doing proactive search for candidates in a candidate scarce market (not relying on applications etc)
  • You will need to have worked in a recruitment agency rather than having an internal recruitment background or an RPO basis. They need someone whom has experience picking up new clients.
  • Strong desire to work with clients at a senior level on leadership roles
  • Strong desire to work on consultancy work as well as recruitment
