Senior Recruitment Consultant / Principal Recruitment Consultant London or New York About the Business Our client is a global FinTech recruitment and implementation partner, working closely and often exclusively with leading ERP vendors including Oracle, NetSuite, Workday, Unit4, OneStream, Dynamics365 and Anaplan. The Opportunity We are hiring experienced Senior Recruitment Consultants and Principal Recruitment Consultants to join their FinTech/ERP talent teams in either London or New York. This is a 360 recruitment role where you will build long-term client partnerships at senior levels, source niche technology candidates, and deliver consistently on high-value assignments across the ERP and FinTech markets. Key Responsibilities Develop new business and build long-term relationships with senior finance stakeholders (CFOs, FDs, Heads of Finance). Source, assess and engage top-tier technology talent across niche ERP ecosystems. Manage the full 360 recruitment lifecycle. Present shortlists, prepare candidates for interviews, and negotiate offers. Work closely with internal delivery and leadership teams to ensure high-quality outcomes. Must-Have Experience Minimum 2 years of 360 agency recruitment experience, including business development and delivery. Proven strong billing track record. Experience recruiting into either: Technology: Oracle, NetSuite, Workday, Unit4, OneStream, Dynamics365, Anaplan or Senior Finance positions. Ability to operate confidently with senior-level stakeholders. Strong commercial acumen and relationship-building skills.
