We are seeking dedicated Amazon Customer Service Representatives to join our dynamic team. Duties

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email, ensuring high-quality support
  • Label processing
  • Assist customers with order issues, returns, refunds, and product information
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using Google docs
  • Provide solutions tailored to customer needs while adhering to company policies
  • Utilize Microsoft Office and computer skills to document and analyze customer feedback
  • Handle outbound calling when necessary to follow up on unresolved issues or gather additional information
  • Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills during all interactions
  • Support team efforts by sharing insights and suggestions for improving service processes

Experience

  • Prior experience in customer support, call center operations, or client services is preferred
  • Previous experience in Amazon
  • Strong communication skills in English
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and general computer literacy
  • Experience with data entry, analysis skills, and typing accuracy
  • Knowledge of sales techniques and customer service best practices
  • Previous experience with outbound calling or handling customer complaints is advantageous
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
