Ecommerce Customer Supply

- **Who are we looking for?**

As a Customer Supply & Service Controller supporting our eCommerce strategy, you will be working with our internal colleagues along with our online suppliers to co-ordinate new product launches, monitor & maintain stock levels and forecast inventory requirements.
- This role is pivotal in driving increased sales and improved profitability for UK Greetings whilst keeping the online shopper front of mind.- Be a tenacious, confident self-starter.
- Demonstrate exceptional organisational skills, coupled with strong communication and analytical abilities and enthusiasm to proactively solve problems.
- Experienced in managing shifting priorities - multitasking and working to deadlines being vital.
- Have detailed experience of working with multiple data sets, analysing and questioning data, a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office, with the ability to operate to a high standard in Excel.

**Key activities & responsibilities include**:
Strategy and Communication- Ensure effective communication and the timely implementation of plans adhering to established schedules.
- Develop an in-depth knowledge of the Amazon Account, and wider product category.
- Develop an in-depth knowledge of internal systems used to effectively track availability in line with sales demand.
- Have a high level of flexibility to react to our customers’ ever-changing needs; addressing and resolve customer queries promptly and professionally.

Inventory and Demand Planning- Interpreting sales and product data to accurately forecast inventory requirements across accounts ensuring service levels are maintained.
- Continually improve existing processes and drive efficiency within the team.
- Investigating and resolving issues impacting availability and service to the customer.

Team Management- Working with the eCommerce team to align with advertising activity and seasonal peaks.
- Build strong relationships with the operations team and communicate effectively with both UK Greetings internal teams, Amazon and other online accounts where appropriate.

Previous experience in inventory forecasting and supply chain are essential. Previous experience with Amazon (vendor central or seller central) or other online retails are an advantage.
- The Company operates in a hybrid working pattern of office-based days and working from home. Head Office is based in Dewsbury, West Yorkshire. This role requires a minimum of 2 days in the office.-
