Job Summary
As a Client Technology Management Engineer, you will provide proactive management of client technology services. CTM ethos is to systematically eliminate assumptions through direct observation. With rigorous validation of infrastructure, this role can offer risk management through outcome forecasting to our clients. To join our team you should be a critical thinker and be able to provide creative solutions to our clients' most challenging problems.

Responsibilities (including, But Not Limited To The Following)

  • Address ongoing issues and provide solutions for clients that improve the overall platform
  • Remediate a wide range of client technical pain points and either resolve through existing technology, or research and identify alternate options to meet their business needs
  • Work with vendors and coordinate on escalated issues internally in a timely fashion
  • Ownership and follow up of pending issues to resolution

Skills

  • Ability to work under pressure and with short deadlines
  • Highly logical thinker and skilled in identifying root cause
  • Must have availability to occasionally work nights and some weekends
  • Strong technical skills with public cloud, such as Office 365 and Azure in particular
  • Strong technical skills Windows Server Technologies, including Active Directory
  • Strong technical skills in Exchange online and Spam filter technologies

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3-4  years' experience in an system engineering role
  • Experience in the financial sector a plus
  • Experience working at an MSP a plus
  • Certifications a plus (MCSE, MCAA, VCP, CCP)
