About Us

Property Edge is one of the UK's fastest-growing refurbishment and maintenance companies Nationwide, working with landlords, letting agents, and investors on projects from small maintenance call-outs to full Residential, Commercial, HMO and SA refurbishments.

We're now expanding our reach in the London Area and looking for a motivated Sales Representative to lead growth in this region.

The Role

You'll represent Property Edge in the London — generating leads, securing refurbishment and maintenance contracts, and building relationships with landlords, letting agents, and property investors.

This is a commission-based position, offering high earning potential for someone confident, proactive, and well-connected in the property market or the ability to develop connections.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and onboard new clients across London and surrounding areas
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, letting agents, and developers
  • Attend meetings, property inspections, and site visits
  • Collaborate with our head office team for quoting and project management
  • Hit realistic sales performance targets

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in B2B and B2C sales or telemarketing is essential.
  • Full UK driving license and own vehicle -Preferred
  • Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish is highly desirable.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
