Account Manager

Location: Portsmouth, UK

We're looking for an experienced
Account Manager
to own growth, retention, and strategic value delivery across a portfolio of existing
global clients and partners
.

This is a strategic, customer-facing role — managing relationships with
Scality, Weka, HPE
, and major enterprise customers, while driving growth through both direct and channel-led engagements.

What You'll Do

  • Own your portfolio
    of global enterprise and OEM accounts — driving retention, renewals, expansion, and advocacy.
  • Lead account strategy:
    build detailed growth plans, run QBRs, and align joint success metrics with customers and partners.
  • Drive expansion:
    identify and execute upsell/cross-sell opportunities across software, subscriptions, and services.
  • Champion customer success:
    increase product adoption through tailored onboarding, enablement, and adoption campaigns.
  • Manage renewals and risk:
    protect and grow ARR through proactive engagement and data-led insights.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally:
    partner with Product, Marketing, and Solution Architects to deliver customer success.
  • Represent

    globally:
    attend key partner and industry events (typically up to 6 trips per year).

What You'll Bring

  • 5+ years in
    Account Management, Customer Success, or Enterprise Sales
    , focused on existing accounts.
  • Proven success in managing
    complex enterprise or OEM relationships
    with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong
    commercial and negotiation skills
    , with experience in renewals, growth planning, and business justification.
  • Confident communicator — skilled at running
    QBRs, executive briefings, and strategic reviews
    .
  • Analytical mindset with
    CRM proficiency
    (Salesforce or equivalent) and solid forecasting discipline.
  • A natural relationship builder with curiosity, resilience, and strategic insight.
