As our Hotel Receptionist you will…

· Take bookings via email, telephone and in person for bedrooms, golf and leisure breaks and communicate this information to the wider team.

· Welcome guests to the hotel, assist with checking them in and out of the hotel, and be a friendly point of contact throughout their stay.

· Deal with compliments and complaints accordingly, always ensuring a swift resolution.

· Be part of an amazing team, at the heart of the hotel operation, liaising with other departments and communicating effectively.

By joining us as a Hotel Receptionist, you will become part of our friendly team.

To ensure you will be successful in your role you will need to possess,

· Previous experience in a similar or other related role within hospitality

· Excellent communication, presentation & interpersonal skills - A strong team player

· Self-motivated and good organisational skills

This role is for 37.5 hours per week with a varying shift pattern of early and late shifts throughout the week and at weekends as per the business requirements. There is also an opportunity for some overtime.
