The Four Seasons Hotel Hampshire is a resort hotel in the countryside, just 10 minutes from the town of Fleet and Farnham and 45 minutes from London. With a varied selection of restaurants focusing on use of local produce, banqueting for 200 and with 24-hour room service, our guests have a lovely collection to choose from.

About The Role
As Events Manager, you will oversee and coordinate the planning and execution of group and event bookings, ensuring each detail is professionally handled from enquiry through to post-event follow-up. You'll be the vital link between sales, operations, and clients, turning ideas into reality with creativity, precision, and exceptional service.

What You Will Do

  • Act as the main point of contact for event and group bookings, working closely with Sales Managers and relevant departments.
  • Manage all aspects of event logistics, including enquiries, contracts, rooming lists, billing, and post-event feedback.
  • Develop creative and attractive menu presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
  • Ensure all event requirements are logged, tracked, and followed up using internal systems.
  • Maintain excellent knowledge of hotel facilities, meeting room capacities, and service standards.
  • Uphold the highest grooming and professional standards in line with company policies.
  • Apply safety, fire, and accident prevention procedures to protect guests and staff.

What You Bring

  • Proven experience in event management or a similar role, ideally within luxury hospitality.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills, with a guest-first mindset.
  • Professional appearance and conduct with a high attention to detail
  • Confident in handling multiple enquiries, managing priorities, and working under pressure.
  • Knowledge of event software/systems and basic sales processes is advantageous.
