**We have an exciting opportunity for an Events Marketing Team Lead to join the marketing team of a distributor within the Toy industry.**

TeamJobs are looking for an individual to lead the in-house events team and work closely with the Marketing Managers to make sure all events and exhibitions are planned, executed and professional.

**Offering a hybrid contract 2/3 days in the office the rest WFH.**

**Located in Hampshire offering a £35,000 - £45,000 salary DOE.**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Line management of the Events Co-ordinator and providing back up support as appropriate
- Responsibility for the annual marketing events calendar
- Ownership of event planning, preparation, execution, and post event analysis
- Ownership of individual event budgets, invoicing, and financial management
- Assisting with the running of live events, including troubleshooting on the day of the event and post-event follow up, evaluation and analysis
- Managing Demonstrator Team attendance at events including travel, expenses, and payments

**Person Specification**
- Previous experience of working in events and supervisory/line management
- Highly organised with a strong attention to detail
- Excellent time management
- Excellent problem solving and communication skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment working with a range of different people and departments.
- Proficient in the full Microsoft suite including Publisher
- Due to the nature of events management this role will require flexibility to travel in UK as required, with some weekend working.
