Senior Front of House | Gelato Parlour Management

Join our established team as the Senior Front of House Team Leader. We are looking for an experienced, passionate, and creative leader to oversee the smooth, day-to-day operation of our popular Gelato Parlour.

This is a full-time, permanent opportunity to head up and inspire a talented existing team.

The Role and Responsibilities:

  • Shift Management: Oversee and coordinate the daily running of all shifts, ensuring exceptional service and product presentation.
  • Team Leadership: Work alongside and lead our existing parlour staff, fostering a positive, efficient, and high-energy work environment.
  • Customer Experience: Ensure the highest standards of customer service are delivered consistently.
  • Operational Excellence: Maintain strict adherence to health, safety, and hygiene standards.
  • Creative Input: Utilize a creatively minded approach to product display and store presentation.

The Ideal Candidate Must Have:

  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years of proven experience in a supervisory or management role within the hospitality sector (e.g., café, restaurant, retail food service).
  • Leadership: A confident and competent leadership style with exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to manage staff and interact with customers.
  • Passion: A genuine enthusiasm for the food/hospitality industry, with a flair for creative presentation.

Working Hours:

  • Contract: Full-Time, Permanent.
  • Schedule: 5 days out of 7, including required weekend and evening shifts.
