  1. Second Chef
  2. Kitchen Porter/ Pot Washer
  3. Front of House Staff

Positions Available:

  1. Second Chef

    Responsibilities:
  2. Assist the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations
  3. Prepare and cook high-quality dishes in accordance with our menu
  4. Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are maintained
  5. Contribute to menu development and innovation

Requirements:

- Previous experience in a similar role

- Strong culinary skills and creativity

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Team player with a positive attitude


  1. Kitchen Porter

    Responsibilities:
  2. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen
  3. Assist chefs with food preparation and cooking tasks
  4. Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment and utensils
  5. Ensure that all food safety standards are followed

Requirements:

- No prior experience necessary; training will be provided

- Strong work ethic and a willingness to learn

- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends


  1. Front of House Staff

    Responsibilities:
  2. Provide excellent customer service to our guests
  3. Take orders and serve food and beverages
  4. Handle payments and maintain a clean dining area
  5. Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure a seamless dining experience

Requirements:

- Previous experience in a customer-facing role is preferred

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- A friendly and welcoming demeanor
