IT'S RATED BY is a boutique, influencer marketing agency specialising in connecting brands with the creators who truly move culture.

By combining data-driven insights with authentic storytelling, we craft campaigns that amplify brand awareness, drive engagement and deliver measurable results. From strategy to execution, we handle every step of the influencer journey.

This position sits within our rapidly growing Talent Management department. We're seeking an organised and proactive Talent Assistant to join our Talent Management department and support the daily operations of our thriving creator community and brand partnerships.

  • Manage email correspondence on behalf of the team, ensuring timely and professional communication.
  • Help build and maintain relationships with influencers, agents and brand partners.

  • Provide daily administrative and organisational support to the Founder and wider team.
  • Help coordinate meetings, prepare campaign summaries and ensure smooth project workflows.
  • Anticipate scheduling needs and keep the team informed of key deadlines.

Event Planning & Coordination:

  • Assist in organising and coordinating virtual and in-person influencer events.
  • Help manage logistics, including venue research, vendor coordination and scheduling.
  • Support event execution, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and aligns with brand objectives.

About You

  • 1–2 years of experience in influencer marketing, talent management, PR or a similar admin/coordinator role

  • Exceptionally organised and detail-oriented
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable working in Notion, Google Workspace and other project management tools
  • Confident managing multiple priorities, context switching and working in a fast-paced, creative environment
  • A genuine interest in influencer culture, digital media and social trends
  • Proactive, resourceful and eager to learn

Process
