Fidarsi are delighted to be partnering with this International Financial Services / Payments business. Reporting into the Group CFO this is a great opportunity to join a company in growth. As the UK Finance Director you will be have the following responsibilities:

Role responsibilities

-Executive Director (Finance ) of TTT (PSD) and MFRM (MiFID) entities

-SMF3 – Executive Director

-CASS oversight officer

-Safeguarding accountable owner

-Officer with responsibility for UK entity prudential regulatory compliance

--External audit engagement for UK entities

-Preparation and delivery of financial performance and regulatory status reporting to UK entities ExCo, Boards and Group as required

-1 direct report

As the ideal candidate you will be a Qualified accountant with experience in preparation of statutory financial accounts (as required to review and sign off legal entity, statutory accounts) You will ideally have regulatory reporting experience in a payments or banking entity with experience in preparation and signing off regulatory submissions.

Ideally you will also have exposure to foreign exchange and derivatives, including accounting and regulatory requirements and experience across all aspects of strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting and performance reporting.

You will have experience providing action orientated and insightful support to senior stakeholders based on data-driven analytics.

You will be comfortable operating in a matrix environment – specifically with accounting and regulatory support from shared services.
