This is a rare opportunity to step into a senior commercial finance leadership role with visibility across Group, Board and shareholder levels.

The Opportunity

As Interim Commercial Finance Director, you'll take ownership of the Group's financial insight, performance analytics, and strategic storytelling agenda. Partnering closely with the CFO and executive team, you'll shape how the business interprets and communicates financial performance during a pivotal phase of systems and data transformation.

This role combines hands-on analytics leadership with senior stakeholder influence, offering the scope to redefine how commercial insight supports decision-making at the highest level.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead performance analysis across all business units, translating data into actionable commercial insights.
  • Partner with the CFO to prepare high-impact materials for the Executive Committee, Board, and investors.
  • Oversee the optimisation of FP&A tools, systems, and processes, ensuring data integrity and reporting consistency.
  • Act as the finance lead for data remediation and automation initiatives linked to ongoing transformation projects.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing analytics and FP&A team, fostering a culture of curiosity, rigour, and commercial focus.

What We're Looking For

  • A proven commercial finance leader with strong analytical and storytelling skills.
  • Advanced financial modelling capability and deep experience in performance reporting.
  • Confident communicator, able to engage and influence senior non-finance stakeholders.
  • Track record of success in transformation-heavy or fast-paced corporate environments.
  • Strong systems understanding, ideally with exposure to large-scale ERP and FP&A platforms.
