As our business continues to grow, we are seeking a motivated and professional Accounts and Administration Receptionist to join our team.

The Role:

This is a key front-of-house position, combining reception duties with administrative and accounts support. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, while also providing vital assistance to our accounts and office teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage reception duties including greeting visitors, answering calls, and handling general enquiries
  • Assist with accounts tasks such as invoice processing, data entry, and maintaining financial records
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
  • Maintain organised filing systems and office supplies
  • Inputting purchase and sales invoices
  • Assist with month end procedures
  • Liaising with customers and suppliers in relation to accounts
  • General Office duties and support for office Manager
  • Provide essential support for payroll preparation

Essential Criteria:

  • minimum 3 years experience in an administrative or receptionist role
  • Strong numeracy and accuracy skills with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook or payroll applications)
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Professional, friendly, and proactive attitude

Desirable:

  • Experience in accounts or bookkeeping
  • Knowledge of accounting software (e.g., Sage, QuickBooks, or similar)
