Accounts/Administration Assistant

Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Assist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide support to ensure efficient operation of the office. The candidate will undertake preparation of monthly management accounts, day to day financial planning, administrative tasks, ensuring all processes are maintained efficiently on a daily basis.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls with proper phone etiquette
- Organize and schedule appointments
- Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Update and maintain office policies and procedures
- Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
- Maintain contact lists
- Book travel arrangements
Skills:
- Proficient in computer skills including Google Suite, Zero, and other office software
- Strong administrative, clerical, and organizational skills
- Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail
- Ability to type accurately and efficiently
- Familiarity with basic office equipment
