What You'll Do:

As a Product Specialist, you'll:

  • Become the first face-to-face contact with the customer, a brand ambassador for both Donnelly Group and the brand.

  • Engage with, present and demonstrate vehicles to potential customers

  • Become an expert on all vehicles within the VW, Cupra or Skoda range

  • Create a personalised customer experience through an in-depth understanding of customer behaviour and attitudes

What You'll Learn:

You will join the
Donnelly Group Training Academy
, where you'll complete our Product Specialist training programme, covering:

  • The Donnelly Group: our people and processes
  • The VW Group and full vehicle range
  • Selling skills
  • Customer behaviour
  • Emotional intelligence
  • Communication skills

After your
4-week training
, you'll be showroom-ready for launch - and your development doesn't stop there. Ongoing support and structured training will continue as you build your career.
